Can payments come from a single direct debit?

Can family members join with one direct debit payment
e.g. Can a husband and wife make one payment of £25 per month?

Any number of family members can join the Membership Programme, or Children’s Membership Programme.
However, each applicant must complete a separate direct debit form. This is for legal reasons regarding patient data confidentiality.
